Nobelium, O quite synthetic thee
Saved some chemists’ tremendous boredom when
No outside living found for them, and then
You came into their world, and then did flee
Atomic number, one hundred and two
No real use for a presumed metal
You maybe handy for a lab geek’s riddle
But for the man of dynamite, named you
For when there are pointless grants to be won
They’ll pull out some random name just for fun
