Californium

Well east coast elements are hip
I really dig those styles they wear
And the southern elements with the way they shine
They knock me out when I’m down there

The mid-west farmer’s elements really make you feel alright
And the northern elements with the way they glow
They keep their holders warm at night

I wish they all could be Californium
I wish they all could be Californium
I wish they all could be Californium elements

The west coast has the sunshine
And the elements all get so tanned
I dig some out on Bikini on sometimes on the hawaii island
Doles by a palm tree in the sand

I been all around this great big world
And I seen all kinds of elements
Yeah, but I couldn’t wait to get back in the states
Back to the cutest elements in the world

Californium Strange earth metal, discovered 1949 you were born of the same soils and sun in 1983 and brought to me through all the heat and shine to East coast cold and smog. Californium The sun is shining. It always does. At least in the commercials. The smog is filtering through my lungs. I'm choked by it.
