Muddled
behind
the thin
cloud;
an
enshrouded
outline hid
marred
by its glow,
its
soft silver
light
in the
black winter
night;
your vision,
must be,
as blind as
mine.

So subtle and sparse, yet beautiful...skillful to portray this with so few words.

I was hoping it was subtle,
because the moon always is,
even though, it always such
a permanent beacon of wisdom
and universal truths-
its why I chose to repaint it
with words-for the allusions
and subtle implications
