Second Halo Lyfe of a Dreem
The rainbow changes color
The trees grow upside-down
And everywhere you turn
Penguins all around
Exhausted and refreshing
Resting in the shadows
Of the city lights
Illuminating
From the darkest of the trees
Who inhabit the forests
The whispering is loud
Unlike the calling
Unlike any sound
That ever reached your ear
Saving all the beached whales
Stranded in the subways
And running in the clouds
Leading us away
From the yellow bricks
That pave the roads
Spiral in a trance
Comatose and tired
Under lock and key
You’re so safe there
Under neon signs
You’re the one that feels it
Moving down your spine
I have half a mind to tell you
You have to put the pin back
Or else enjoy the blast
Reaching to the sky
Purple smoke and
Pink coat
Did that ease your mind
I can’t forget
To ask you
Did they steal
Your honey-pot

Reading pieces such as this one make me wish I could crawl inside your mind and watch how it functions as you fashion these pieces that could be a real mind fuck if you let them.
Write on my brother,
Pete

believe me, my mind is no place to venture without some Astroglide and a rubber, also, bring along the new Pooh Bear movie. The honey pot line came from his dream

I am going to commend you for producing pieces that actually make me think and scratch my poor old gray head. Reading my slop must just totally bore you to tears.
Pete
