Some come alone,
twitching as if recently removed from an ant hill.
Held at the elbows, others come
attended by different hue or slant of eye.
The rest are wheeled or wheel
to the craft table. Impatiens wait there
to be separated into small planters,
covered with dirt,
and marked in the yard.
