I will not pay for too much heat.
Repairs are getting extensive.
Faucets need to be replaced;

roaches have moved in.
I will furnish receipts for the exterminator
and other repairs with my rent.
You must agree or I have to move.
If you choose me to move,

I will use my $1100 security
towards my last month’s rent,
discontinue paying for the gas
and will do no more repairs.
