Time: A Series of Haikus
Dreams in my mind
Never see the light of day
Time moves much too fast.
Every time I try
To wake up to tomorrow
Night will fall on me.
The ache of seeing
Life move by without consent
Is too much to bare.
It is not my way
To sit back and watch the show
I must be the star.
So today I will
Carefully step on the stage
And begin my life.
