Seems this time I need some rhyme, a reason to go on.

never to look back again..... just looking to beyond

What's lost is gone and there shall be, forever from my mind.

never looking, ever seeking... this place I've yet to find.

To walk along the shore at dawn and gaze those eyes of blue
to take what's left of life's regrets and lose them all in you
All seems so well ... the calm within, confusion all but gone

It's ok to look at me thru someone else's eyes -
Opinions lost, perceptions found and words yet to deny -

Mom

Oft times I come here, to visit your grave
to talk things over, my mind to relieve
I look for a sign, it's me you can hear
just one wisp of wind, to dry all my tears

She walks thru' the mist as the wind in the trees
My eyes cannot see , is she vision or dream
to meet me at dusk she appears in my mind
the essence of spirit, no concept of time
she comes gently to me, this time every night

Thru Time and thru' space this comet to ride
comes once in a life time. it's features do hide
will she burn oh so brightly, .....for all to see
or will she just shine .... only for me
I now see her clearly, her trail of light
a show for the ages, a spectacle so bright

The hugs and kiss's shared with me, the gentle loving touch
If never have looked into your eyes and seen myself in you
would I still have searched so deep and would I'd ever knew

Her life is yet missing glory and grace,
from a love yet unknown in her worlds hectic pace
Dreaming through life and living through dreams,
She feels She's been cheated in love's unfair scheme

If all is well, as well can be,
take flight from rhyme thy soul be free
A lifetime a moment, so short it can be,
a moment a lifetime, forever a dream

Given to fantasy and lusting to flesh,
lost is the taste of loves bitter vetch

If tomorrow never comes and I've seen my last sunrise
things we shared and laughed about will still be yours and mine
My music flowing lightly......... as on a balmy breeze,
my words still yet to ponder ...... left here for all to see.
A wisp of wind, a drop of rain takes all what's left in hand

I close my eyes and hope to see,
what's lost for all eternity
a glimpse, a wisp, just to know,
why so soon you had to go?

I've always sought your beauty, bathed deep within your grace

Why do we oft look most to find the things we cannot see.
the air we breathe, what moves the trees or why the grass is green
What holds the moon and stars in place, what is that fuels the sun
or in this life's big lottery .... who really lost or won

How can one see the grass to grow,
the flowers bloom from seed yet sown
Take all what's treasured from those now gone
to live what's left, til set of sun

The blue of sky, I most behold
the morning dew, the ground still cold
of who's interred, those yet to come

There is a place where man must go
to abide forever, and travel alone
When like a flower, life withers and dies
leaving this world with one silent sigh
Oft forgotten.... but never is lost
