I look so deep with in your eyes, myself I hope to see
What is past, to what is now and what we've yet to be
Give me just one little sign a glimpse the future cast
Show me not will fade away but, only what will last
Your soul I wander deep with in I walk it's hallowed halls
I look in hopes to touch your heart, past scars upon the walls
I slowly turn to one locked door it's key tucked safe away
Past hurts and fears that turned to tears, to thoughts that often stray
For is it really what you fear that holds this door so tight
Or what you hide so near and dear, that keeps you from the light
Your eyes like shutters closed and barred not knowing night or day
To what you took and what you gave and what you strove to save
So once again I look to see that mirror of your mind
Reflections, moon light cast on pools, just glimpses do I find
For let me now your soul to touch your mind to clearly see
Open wide your hearts locked door, a treasure ..... mine to be.
