Reading syllables
Infamous
already
auspicious
words breathed
she listens
woundedly
so pompous
she's missing
the message
'God is here'
I plead for her
to read the words
unable to ignore
her pride, too hurt
I dabble if she could be
an imbecile discreetly
because she's not listening,
unwilling to receive each
"syllable by syllable"
that builds up her messages
'God is here', in this instance.
If you will be gullible
you would be at the summit
of refining discernment
where truth is the pinnacle.
where if,
a book equals life,
pages would be time,
syllables would be emotions
that form the words that are people,
the rules remain punctuation
and the Truth will always be Love.
[Although, the message remains the same...]

Profound Truth
The last verse is amazing, such profound truth. Simple for some of us to see and accept, yet it seems each much learn this on their own. Beautiful thoughts, this line sums it up to me "and the Truth will always be Love." Wonderful, one my favorites you've written so far.

Love is my star
no matter how far i fall, no matter how dark the night is
i always steer my ship by the light of its star-
and its true, it took me so long to put this into words.
to me this is the truth often overlooked.
It is said, that the wisest words of the wisest men
will always sound dumber the instant they are spoken-
they will sound silly. Thank you, for your very kind comment.
