Silent Dance
This music has no lyrics
Not a pitch since that night
Not a word, not a sign
My soul runs through long and arduous grief
Wishing to be stoical and relieved
Failing
Drowning
Lost
Suffocated in the melody
In the bright stage of life the ballerina dances
The sad and happy notes of a song with no words
Pouring from her heart into her moves
In her mind all the pain in the world
While in her face the biggest farce
She only shows a stained smile

Feature your work :)
This is beautiful! I'd love feature it on PoeticPictures.com.
Would you be interested?
Hi
Thanks. I'm sorry it took so long to reply your message. I don't check this blog as often as I should. So yes, feel free to publish my poem on your website. It looked really interesting did you take those pictures?

You've been featured :)
Thanks! Your poem is officially featured! Go check it out :)
I did not take the pictures myself. All the work on the site is from other artists. The idea is to bring artists together in a unique way.
Do you want to keep up with the site? We'd be happy to put you on our email list.
Let me know! I look forward to seeing more great work from you :)
