Step Into The Darkness Of My Heart

Step into the darkness of my heart
And I'll show you the light that burns
Behind its shadow.

Where grieving eyes pluck out
The sanitised leaves of emotions
That fall with senseless ease, anyway,
In the dark corridors that I still remember.
Where shadows chase the sunlight,
Where the tempting themes have been corrupted,
And the corrugated feelings of love
Have hiccupped a premeditated end.
Where the clouds of images have gathered
To flush out the symbols of light.
Where the mortal hands washed the flithy streets.
Where a soft window beckoned
A curtained shadow to itself.

So, step into the darkness of my heart
And know that perhaps the shadows
Clustered in the maturity of thoughts
Slumber at the edge of my cosmos.

Kathy, You are a master.

Kathy,
You are a master. There's lot to learn from you. But the trouble is, I can't think like you. Well, that makes us two different people.

I have enjoyed your writing. And waiting for some more masterpieces from you.

Warm regards
Sushil

~Be Still My Heart~

Sushil,

You have managed to take my breath away. Thanks for the love. We are different, and yet the same.

Warm regards,

Kathy
