I Don't Care

Drunken words mean nothing to me,
Useless fights that are a sight to be seen.
I used to go in my room and cry all the time,
But now i just try and make sure that all my words rhyme.
Just got home and you want to pick a fight,
In the end your passed out, it doesn't matter who was right.
So when i say i don't care anymore,
It means I'm all right, you can know that for sure.
And if i turn my music up all the way,
It just means I'm trying to keep my thoughts from going astray.
With these songs I'm forgetting all my troubles,
Singing at the top of my lungs, there's no need to be subtle.
If i tell you i seriously don't care,
Really, I'm fine. Forget him!- i swear...
Sometimes i think, "gee that little bottle in your hands,
Must be the perfect child, listens to all your little rants."
It always agrees, and never argues back,
You think it makes you feel alright, then it throws you out of whack.
Yeah- that's right, once again I'm going to say,
I'm not taking any of this anymore, not today.
When i say that I'm done,
And my hearts been frozen up-
Yeah, I'll be in my room singing at the top of my lungs,
Knowing your drunken words now have nowhere to cut.

i like this

It's hard to tolerate people who get drunk and are abusive towards others. I can relate to these feelings. Good angry write.

thank yoU!

isn't it frustrating? i ust needed to let my anger out. :)
