6-27-09 A Garden Varity Slug?

Just like a slug (your garden variety if you please)
I feel worthless today once again.

Slimy and offensive,
With a gooey trail in my wake (marking my the path I have taken)

No purpose or direction (so it would seem)
Which way should I go?

Should I follow a greener path,
With a succulent feast at the end? (the one I should have been on all along)

Or follow the tempting scent
To a beer laden trap in a pan? (set in the ground of the garden I crawl through)
