You Are A Stranger
You are a stranger in my world
But not in my heart.
Not in my heart
For I reach to touch
To feel and see
You are waiting there for me.
And beyond
And above those skies of separate lives
You sit
And with each given breath
Permit your love to drip
Upon our dreams you lean
And so it would seem
That even the mountains could dive
As the daybreak could thrive-
Upon a restless tide.

aaaaw Debs.....
this was one of those love writes that make you go.....Aaaaaw.
I loved this part.....And above those skies of separate lives
You sit
And with each given breath
Permit your love to drip........its like his love is raining down on you, to feed your soul as rain feeds the flowers.....its all really nicely presented and sweet, peace.
Beautiful
What a beautiful way to put that RP! Thanks as always for your comments.

I could sense a divine presence...
in this one. I was torn between accepting the other in the poem as a lover or as a heavenly being sitting about our human separate lives. Either way it is a meaningful, lovely poem, debs.
