Unchanged
We are here
Unchanged in our ways
Unclothed upon crimson clouding
Wet by love
That has drawn its unfailing breath
To wed our hearts
And - whispering hands to grasp.
Our bones to burn ignite
To urge
Unfettered cries to flare
The snowy air
To douse its face in tireless want
And nights - and lusts.
To match well favoured minds
In bounds
In beats, and bouts, and breasts
And boughs
With firming eyes
That drive the air - towards
- Our kicking feet.

RE: Unchanged
An enjoyable piece; it's funny how most humans detest change; since we live in dynamic environments, we must learn to live with it - yet, it doesn't prevent us from trying to control it; nicely done. --Joe B.
