Silence

How thanklessly the daybreak stands with hands
That summon the sun and the earth is stilled.

How tirelessly the evening crawls on bended knees
To call, and to bring us to silence.

Ample proof

that a poem does not have to be long to be long on merit. Very nice.

Silence

Many thanks Curtis, means alot to me.

so nice poem!
how 'thoughtfully' some poets are...
to write a piece that leaves a trace of gradual gladness of the heart!
