Snowglobe

Trapped in a snow globe,
The snow globe in your mind,
Not the one with Frosty,
This is not the happy kind.

Snow never falls, only fire instead,
Down to the ground of coal,
In a glass circle of hell,
Even in hell, you've never felt so cold.

Trapped behind the glass,
Forced to watch the world go by,
Your body lives on autopilot,
Living until its turn to shut off and die.

The moment everything settles,
Your world is shaken again,
Another day, another angle,
As you watch your life slowly end.

You family always worries,
You can see them cry,
But all you can do is watch,
As you live out your snow globe life.
