Oh How Heavy
Oh how heavy my fear is
Oh how heavy my anger can be
Oh how heavy my guilt is
Oh how heavy these all seem to me
Free from the fear I walk bolder
Free from the anger I must let it go
Free from the guilt I stand taller
Free from the weight and the undertow
Oh how heavy my thoughts are
Oh how heavy the load in my cart
Oh how heavy my tears are
Oh how heavy the pain in my heart
Free from the thoughts opens my thinking
Free from the load I move effortlessly
Free from my tears I see clearly
Free from the pain I live life joyfully

Sounds...
All sounds, abit heavy to me Ron lol! Sorry coulden't resist that one.
Like the 'Freeing up' of things, I think the pain and strife we meet in this life, is paramount in this process. Could we ever be truly free, without them?...Are they companions working in unison?...
Just thoughts- from that deep thinking mind of mine lol!
Take care,
