Two emotions we all have,
our actions they do sway.
We earn our love, endure the hate
doing so everyday.

Each can be used to enhance
the opposite emotion.
Mix together and then drank,
like a magical #9 potion.

Some love to hate,
others hate who they love,
these feelings seldom alone.

No one truly
is pure hate
if so they’d be made of stone.

Most holy men who walked the earth
do hate the Evil one.
Ultimate love is not earth bound,
found only in His Son.

Love and hate,
opposites attract,
too much of one will make you smother.

You quickly learn,
that like day and night,
where one end’s begins the other.
