In Living Colure
Painting with colure's
of yesterday
a new picture it does not bring.
The subtle obsession
of circling
and expecting a different thing.

this poem is a play on words and a true definition of insanity ...
Co`lure´ (kô`lūr´)
n. 1. (Astron. & Geog.) One of two great circles intersecting at right angles in the poles of the equator. One of them passes through the equinoctial points, and hence is denominated the equinoctial colure; the other intersects the equator at the distance of 90° from the former, and is called the solstitial colure.
Thrice the equinoctial line
He circled; four times crossed the car of night
From pole to pole, traversing each colure.

I like this one
Thanks for including the definition I had not considered that part. My attention was drawn to the colure's of yesterday and also expecting a different thing. Just made me think by using the same colors We painted with from yesterday we can still paint a new picture but like you said if all we are doing is painting the same scene though the angle or lighting may change the picture will not. Thanks for sharing this I am just glad the master artist was not from this earth.
