from the ocean and fields
I saw that flawlessness
in us all just like the Nazarene
or the son of a Brahmin
I saw land without lines that separate
or roads that destroy
I saw you and me forever young and beautiful
in blissful eternity
I saw our embrace create fields of
love that spread like a ripple
in an endless sea of water
I saw everything perfect
then you let go and said goodbye
I saw it all in your eyes
then watched it drift away
