Im officially making a promise to myself
that's effective immediately...
To never again write anything about how
and what you might mean to me...
You see,you have been a constant source of
inspiration in most of my attempts at writing...
But to you all the times we have shared
together,are not even worth me citing...
I thank you,because of you, my book of
poetry is at the point of being filled...
All the writing I've done about you,has only
helped to increase my poetic skills...
Although I leave without your love,I still
take something from this torrid affair...
And knowing that I did all I could possibly
do,to show you how much I really care...
Its hard to know that im not what you've
always been looking for in a man...
But it is what it is,you can't love me for me,
and I cant be anything else but who I am...
Honestly,its a shame you won't ever know
my love,one might even say its a crime...
So now I leave you with this poem,one that
i've written for you,for the very last time...
