Men write orders and often sweet lines.
Women accept the exclamation signs.

Pure white sheets lay flat and ready,
For the right pen to come and draw lines steady.
Black ink fills the empty spaces,
Tippex hides the nasty faces.

Paper and pen like woman and man,
A woman presents what a man wishes he can.
A list of experience, of emotion and memories of love.
While a man can’t remember what he last thought of.

Paper has no use without a good smooth pen.
While a pen cant produce life, or demand where and when.
Both put together can surely be sweet,
But there’s more to it than a pen and a sheet.

The scribbles and the blotches and the often poor spelling,
What happens next, there’s just no telling.
A good ending or bad to the tale the pen controls
Can easily be changed by how the paper can fold.

Paper and pen, same story again.
