LITTLE GRAVE
Your little grave at which I sit,
is sad and lonely, so cold and bare.
Try to stop, but tears wont quit.
Wish I could lie beside you there.
Those brown eyes that trusted me so much,
Still shining within my soul.
I'd give anything, your face to touch.
As I think of you within that hole.
So sorry, baby, little boy,
for all the things you could have been.
Your little face was such a joy.
The most beautiful child I've ever seen.
That's the hardest part I guess,
The emptyness from deep within.
You were my truly best success.
An angel with no stain of sin.
So till next week I'll say good bye,
and spend my days in thought of you.
Then here again I'll sit and cry,
over you my little baby blue.
