Assault against Shad Port

The NATO battalion slowly approached a city on the Amanastan border.
Four camouflaged U.S. Army Helicopter gunship flew ahead as support.
The current joint tactical mission has been named Operation Restore Order.
The whole world watched as we brutally invaded a city called Shad Port.

The war plans were set into motion within thirty-six hours of our notification.
Quickly, a squadron of NATO fighter jets landed at the forward staging airbase.
We prepared to launch a major air and ground combat offensive operation.
We are given orders to use any necessary force when we take over the place.

Six fighter jets and two attack helicopters led the first assault against Shad Port.
The fighter pilots released their payloads then streaked off into the starless night sky.
Hit by enemy fire, two pilots from the next bombing sortie were told quickly to abort.
The rest of the NATO pilots continued towards their destiny over the horizon in the sky.

The tactical invasion was led by an entire battalion of U. S. Army Rangers.
My company stood among the best of the best selected to invade by land.
The U.S. Army Ranger is expected to accomplish the mission despite the danger.
We looked forward to being among the first to occupy the capital city of Amanastan.

The rest has been classified but the Amanastan militants attacked us in the open field.
I can say that the mighty helicopter gunships blew most of the helpless militants away.
During the battle to capture the city, four thousand militants and combatants were killed.
You know, the Defense Department will decide what tomorrow’s newspaper headline will say.
