The pluck of Percy
Percy paraded down the promenade
with plenty of pluck.
Plush plumage aplenty on his behind,
the envy of every plutocrat.
Percy was of a perfectly pixilated design,
colorful personality, a real pioneer.
Always he pitied the pigheaded
for their need to pigeonhole everything.
Percy with his perky personality
was philosophical about all the Philistine behavior,
sometime he thought if only they took a physic
to purge the pernicious pomposity
their perspective may change.
Never the phony, because well
it was hard to hide his plumage,
playfully he proceeded down the promenade
the picture of a perfectly pleasant phoenix.

First C's, now P's. Why
First C's, now P's. Why don't you just go thru the alphabet? =)
Inspiration
like many things in life doesn't follow a straight line. I get a phrase in my head and an idea then I develop it from there. They are a fun hobby for me to write. Thank you for reading and I appreciate the comment. raskin

Were we separated at birth?
Raskin, you have tickled my funny bone again with you all fired alliteration. I think I would like Percy and his pomposity piercing predilection, pointed plyed on the pitiful posers.
Keep em coming my friend,
Pete
