A star can sit in silence
with no world of it's own

A planet can orbit
but not necessarily know
any meaning or intimacy
or have any to share love with
or know how far that goes

When trees are all alone
no one hears their breath
yet who does
when they are nigh?

When a man is born blind
he can't find the words to express the light
which still illuminates
though he can't see
but is still alive

When a world thinks it's right
even me or you
it builds a tower to the sky
but the truth is on the inside
and yet God is still high
