Put a dream tape on in my mind
story of my life and past
first I put it on rewind
and then I played it forward fast.
It was clear as a DVD
moving at top speed
somehow I knew what was going on
it was all about me.
I saw her with you or was it me
it was so dark I could hardly see
I knew I wanted to be with you
but did you want me too?
Woke up this morning
wondering what I was dreaming
when I dream it, it makes sense
awake it means something else.
Last night night I had a dream
I want to know what does it mean?
