When the path of righteousness he'd chose
As the chants of angels come to bare
To cleanse his soul in Christ's love so fair

i like it, i like it a lot! however, it kind of sounds like you originally were starting to write about a bar and guys that are really prideful, but then later didn't like how it sounded and changed it to sound good. i mean, it still sounds great. just mentioning it sounds like it started off with a different subject.
