I wish you knew I was alive

I wish you knew I was alive
When making me believe and wait
For brighter rainbows to arrive
Inside your eyes to light my fate.

No rainbows shine on winter days
And love will never burn on snow.
I wish you knew I needed grace
When giving me another throw.

I didn’t know you gave me plague,
Intoxicated me with you
And when the world was cold and vague
Your name was all I carried through.

We met by chance on other lands
In other times, where rainbows wed.
You promised love and kissed my hands.
I wish you knew that I was dead.

~Live in Love~

Nitta,

You composed a beautiful poem. It is tender and flirts with the reality of those that cheat us. You deserve to be alive with love. Find love that is living, not dying. Beautiful work, I felt the pain.

Warm regards,

Kathy

Thanks

Thank you, Kathy... I've been really feeling dead for a while now...

It doesn't matter how slow you go, as long as you don't stop
