Aint none like me around
I don’t need to talk real loud
I don’t need to put on a show
Some like to act proud
Some like to walk slow
I am not picture perfect
I am not a pin-up girl
What I am is original
Aint none other like me around.
They can face-lift
They can lip pout
They can breast pump
But there aint none like me around.
I don’t need to curl my hair
I don’t need to walk bare
Some like to put on an air
Some like to always stare
I am not a Mona Lisa
I am not a Barbie doll
What I am is original
Aint none other like me around.
They can liposuct
They can wax on
They can tuck in
But there aint none like me around.

us girls dont need to do any of that, yet so many out there feel so pressurised to do so.Its sad thoIm muslim and I cover but when I see girls out there naked and plastered just to please the outside world, I see them as oppressed, its funny cuz thats how they usually see me. oh well every1 to thier own.......good write tho, being who I am I enjoyed it.;]
i understand
i actually do understand what you mean. thay think you are opressed because of what you wear, but they are opressed in their minds and attitudes, which is what real opression truly is. you can be naked and opressed. i guess i have never felt the need to fit in.i am always ME.and im glad you understand repenter-mona-
