The dusk was fast approaching..
for the sky had changed its hue
the hills wore a dark cloak,
star spangled it seemed this eve.

i was late for my usual walk,
alone i was but i had thoughts of you to keep me company.
Before long..the verdant trees cast shadows on the road
as neon lights sought to light my path.
Dark patches of tree lined avenues i crossed,
as the moon peeped thru the trees.
i walked alone ,yet the moon walked with me.
The thoughts of you,the moon and me,
we were a company three.
