I Wonder

I Wonder

If I
sing
a song
for you
could I
then
belong to you?
I’d sing
soft and
sweet,
so pretty
to
knock you
off
your feet!

If I
write
a poem
for you
and send it
from
my home
to you.
Would it
be so tender?
Enough,
to make
you surrender?

If I
keep a
secret
with you,
there’d be
no
regrets for you.
And you’d
love
me forever,
you’d
leave me
never!

Breathtaking

This is a beautifully written piece. Very romantic. I loved the last few lines. So wonderfully stated.

Missed this particular poem

Linda ,

This is one of few I missed from your archive, glad you decided to repost, beautiful poem.
As for your erotic deletions, you do realize many of those were beautiful also, were presented with taste and enjoyed by many.
I support your decision, but must state for those not familiar, they were great.

Diversity

Linda,

Absolutely I believe you could repost a select few of your poems, they are a part of who you are, they show creativity and diversity, why not show all sides of your nature, most would find them entertaining, and not the least bit offensive.
I believe this may be how we met, and I was a Minister at the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just pullin your leg.

Patrick

Amazing YOU are!

Linda you know this piece holds a special place in my heart. That was my inspiration for creating a photo that brought you and I to become friends. So I am so happy that you reposted this and this is THE first poem of yours that I ever read.. Now I write too. YOU INSPIRED ME!!

Thank you for the "boost" of confidence you gave me and still give me.
