Thinking it would be easy you left.

Good for you!

Hope someday you find another worthy soul;
Someone as callous and carefree with others emotions, as you.

'I'm leaving so you can have space to express the anger you feel at maybe being betrayed by someone you love!'

Those words came from that foul stinking hole that you claimed was only worthy of kissing me because of the love we had.

Oh how the times have changed,

So too the lies, the lies I now see clearly where once they were well disguised.
Using your superior intellect like a steam roller when we first met, allowing me no time to breathe, no time to think, no time to do anything other than love every precious glorious twisted moment we spent together:

Sure as I was then about the love I felt and gave unreservedly to you, I am as sure now about the hate,
the fevered feelings of disgust pounding through every pore,
every vein in my body;

Driven there by a broken, disconsolate heart.

Still I feel no remorse for the thing you have done for I realise that had you done any other it would have been untrue to what we had,
or perhaps,
to what I think we had,
