The dearest Nanna
One of the sweetest ladies I know has a gold heart,
She is a masterpiece in yesteryears art.
She may be small but her grace is large,
She may speak quite but she still takes charge.
When your feeling let down and blue,
She always knows what to say and do.
If you need a hug or someone to care,
Your problems… she is willing to bare.
Her arms, ready to embrace you,
Her hug is warm and makes you stick to her like glue.
Her tiny eyes shine like little stars,
Even after her share of scars.
Oh Nanna, I will terribly miss you so,
When that sad day comes and you have to go.
You will always have a place in my heart,
That’s one place you can’t ever depart.
With all my heart I speak the truth,
Always and forever I will love you.
