Symphony in White
White gulls upon a white shore
Falling stars in white wine pour
Effervescent clouds of sea calm
Hush brushing its fragrant balm
Gathering shells into white linen
Bare feet running in faded denim
Light rushing over a white ocean
The scent of babies in pink lotion
Gowns billowing into white skies
Love gathering in white wind cries
White rain on fields of resurrection
Heaven’s white chapel of reflection
Stained glass colors of earth’s morn
White butterflies fly, children reborn

Imaginative, captivating, and inspirational...
This is superbly written poetry, Kathy. The visual imagery you come to express in this is extremely imaginative, captivating, and inspirational. The wording flows beautifully throughout, as the poem delivers a feeling of contentment, tranquility, and spiritual grace. I truly enjoyed reading this, and I especially like, "Effervescent clouds of sea calm...Hush brushing its fragrant balm" and "White rain on fields of resurrection...Heaven's white chapel of reflection." Your descriptive references paint elaborate pictures of such glorious and illustrious settings. Thanks so much, Kathy, for sharing another one of your lovely and quality writes.

Magnificent
I stand in awe of your talent as a poet, Kathy. Any one of your recent poems is a gem in itself, and yet they pour out of you like gold coins from a magic slot machine. I don't know how you do it, but I'm thrilled that you keeping doing it, for your poems are real joys to read. I felt almost blinded by the bright white light of this particular poem, and felt giddy with white champagne; I swore I saw white angel feathers floating by afterwards. Heh. The word 'inspirational' almost becomes cliche` when trying to describe your poetry, as I find myself using it all too often. But as always, I am inspired by your art. Best wishes,
Chris (^o^)
