A Confectionary Sunset
The sky was frosted
With twirls of cream
Orange confections
With Cool Whip streams
Swirls of cherry mixing in
Yellow lights diving
Into a tropical blend
A Sunbeam mixer
Turned up high
Licking the frosting
Off a sweet summer sky

Just think of it...
if the sky was a dessert, we'd never go hungry! so sweet Kathy (in more ways than one) :D ♥
~Come to the Feast of Heaven and Earth~
Jewel,
I like that thought. I will ponder the possibilities of feasting on the sky. Wouldn't it be fun? I wonder if the birds and the butterflies ever munch on a passing confection?
You are too cute!
Warm regards.
Kathy
