Feet marching into battle
Boots that carry freedom
To the downtrodden

Racing against enemies
Soul against soul
Walking with the dead

Kicking off blood stained mud
Lacing up liberty
Stepping over evil

Smelling the stench of battle
Hearing the cry of victory
Running against the human race

Stepping stones of courage
Planting feet into a homeland
Kissing the feet of humility

Wash the feet of warriors
Anoint them with oils
Blessed are the feet of God’s servants

Holy feet
Hallowed ground
Walking with God
