Down like Charlie Brown

Time sculpted a stone
That looks a lot like Snoopy,
Grandma picked it up.
When I'm down like Charlie Brown,
I find Snoopy, lose my frown.

I love this stone - it reminds me of my Grandma and my aunt who gave it to me. You can't pay for these kinds of memories! That stone must be eons old. joyce

I love the imagination

happiness in the simple things shared, this is what your poem brought to me. Thanks. I like woodstock too. Joyce, do you remember the"happiness is" with the peanuts characters. I think this poem brought that to my mind. Silly. raskin

I love the Peanuts greeting cards...

My family knows that well - they've gotten them often enough over the years! lol Thanks for your nice comment, raskin.
