Anger.
A burning feeling in my chest,
extending outward to all corners of my body.
An emtyness so hollow that no amount
of food can swallow the swallowed.
A stark pain flushes through
the palms of my hand as my fingers bury themselves
shoveling skin into my fingernails.
Blood showing it’s route of travel.
As it’s means protrude,
fluctuating to the rhythm of a rapid pulse.
Oxygen becoming endangered,
borderline extinct,
while inhaling and exhaling at a rapid rate.
My tongue with no room to move
as it’s encased in a clenched set of teeth
that would make an alligator jealous.
My mouth loses it’s moisture
and becomes dry as the friction
of an aggravated jaw runs it’s course.
Words and rational thoughts
Completely eluding my rationality.
A feeling…
An instinct so primal,
so animalistic sets in reversing evolution
to your proceeding form.
After what’s done is done,
retrospect breeches the surface,
what a terrible feeling…Anger.

that's right
It's a terrible feeling for sure, but it's so easy let it get a hold of you. Nice metaphors in this. Especially the part about the alligator.
