My soul has no boundries
But my body cannot go

My life has found a parking spot
And I threw away the keys
Searching for a purpose,

I see you now,
you can no longer hide.
It's in my head where the enemy lie
You manipulate my perception
You twist my confidence to it's knees
Inside all this confusion my ignorance is pleased

Dancing on a feather
Floating down to sleep
Descending to a lullaby
Unconsciousness is deep
Sunken into bliss
The feather finally rests
And I upon this feather
Have fallen from my nest

In the middle of the forest
Lay an open field
Where mockingbirds sing
And predators yield
The grass is like the ocean
The way it seems to move with the breeze

Still in the moment
On a painting I gaze
No narration, no opinion, no explanations are made
Wanting desperatly to be part of this dream on the wall
Transform back in time
Melt away from it all

My eyes grow heavy,
and reality subsides.
I'm sliding down a rainbow,
unconsciousness takes me for a ride.
I create the beauty and women that enhance.

Me and you, thats how we'll stay
Nothing gold will go away
Take my heart and hold it tight
Caress my love with all your might
I see your face in my sleep

Surfing through your galaxy
Starring in your dreams
Enticing all your senses
Drifting in your stream
You feel me in your mind
Wrapped around your bleeding heart

I feel like a train out of control
I feel like a climber constantly striving to conquer his goal
I feel like the wind flowing within the air
An infinity of movement blowing back your hair

Everybody needs to dream
Hoping tomorrow they might come true
Fulfilling a wish from yesterday
Turning into gold, what once was blue

I know I'm a dreamer
In a world of hope

The world won't seem to listen
To what anyone has to say
We're deaf to only reason
Insanity grips the day
The diseases in this country run wild in every way
Chemically and mentally

Can I make this wall come crashing down
Can I rip the sky open and laugh like a clown
Can I seize the day and all that I see
Can I love this girl forever and be all that I can be

Time it seems is standing still
Every second it tries to kill
I see the past in front of me
That's not the future I'd like to see

All of the mistakes we've made

In my final hour
No more tears shall I shed
In my hour
I shall dream until I'm dead
I will dream about the ocean
And the miles it can reach
I will dream about the women

Another day, just like the last
The future it seem mirrors the past
Our daily rituals, our jobs, and our lives
Coping with the kids, co-existing with our wives
