Are signs for the lost
But if you’re seeking them now
Your seeking is dross

You need to grow up
His virtues to find
Be stable in truth
And then you will find

Can be quite a joy
As it helps to win others
His glory deployed

But if you find yourself
Seeking the signs
There’s danger ahead
Happens every time

A “wicked” generation
Jesus has said
That seeks these things
Instead of the Head

Christ on the throne
The throne of Your heart
It’s a faith walk of trust
Needing signs must depart
