Grounded, in fear

Spirit, broken
Listening, for answers
Purpose, unspoken

Woman inside,
Suddenly, vanish
Drowning, in self pity
Her sorrow, her anguish

Scattered, again
Thoughts, feelings, hopeless
Losing, ones' faith
Mind, shifted focus

Gladness
Sadness
Through, smiles and tears
Toxic emotions
Trapped , over years

Peace, contentment, joy, laughter
Found in the Now
Not wait, for hereafter
