With each page, turned in book, just, been read
Feeling that spiritually, soul, been misled
Emotions, fears, dealt and expressed
Lying still, dormant, blocked and suppressed

Resentments of heart, years, had been caged
Hidden behind, guilt, denial, and rage
Paralyzed fears, hurt and then shame
Letting go need, to release and to blame

As one learns, to forgive
Increase, power to create
To feel finally, lonliness, even such hate
No longer a reason, to hide, isolate

Secret to ones, personal, success
Eliminate, indifference, doubt, and distress
Answer, be true to self, to feel blessed
Living own joys, of lifes' happiness
