I Spy a Spy
It's your own damn fault
for spying on my poems
If you don't like what you read
then leave them alone
You never understood
my way of thinking
These were my thoughts
while my heart was sinking
Some of them shameless
and others are crude
None of them blameless
because of my mood
They weren't for insight
or to be used for gain
Some were in jest
and some were from pain

Damn. That was real and moving. Invasion of privacy is one of the worst things a trusted one can do. You put those feelings together well in this. Peace, NSF

Good poem on not being trusted or allowed freedom to be yourself. susieq
Privacy
Whether alone or in a close relationship with someone, we are all entitled to our privacy.
Each of us has to have our space, and the security of knowing that our space should not be violated in any way.
For those of us who love to write, we express our feelings through words...sometimes we share those words outright. Often we keep private what we think, do and write.
It is our right to share what we will. and to hide what we wish.
For someone to invade our privacy is a violation of trust not to be forgiven.
You've done well by expressing your outrage in this poem, and I think many of us can relate to what you're saying here.
