Crying in the night all alone so cold
She is left with no hopes to hold
Dreams lost in the clouds of misery
For today she came to know his chemistry
The scene kept flashing before her eyes
He had painted love with the colours of lies
Her unfaithful lover lying in other’s arms
So,for the first time she hated his charms
Signs of pain, tears like rain
So full of grief,she cried again

The inevitable pain like a dart
Thrusting straight into her serene heart
She was just basking under his plastic smiles
no love, he was only playing his manly wiles
She wants to throw him out of her mind
And wants to leave his shadow far behind
The overflowing rage,no room for peace
Racking the soul with storms that couldn’t cease
She holds his picture,she is bleeding with pain
Tearing it into pieces she cried again

The perfumes,the dresses she loved wearing
The notes, the cards she loved reading
The rings,the bracelets so fair
The teddies she treated with care
The dried roses she had kept so well
And now she bades them farewell
gifted by him the stains of his sin
she throws them all in the bin
Breaking and tearing she is acting insane
Remembering those fake promises she cried again

Her diary has lines written on him,so many
But now, there stands no meaning to any
Sobbing she erases them all
Her moans echoed in the hall
No matter how hard she tries to keep them apart
She can never erase them from her heart
she closes her eyes and sees his face
her heart pounding with a greater pace
She tries to hold on but all in vain
Falling on her knees she cried again

She wishes it to be a fault of her vision
The scene that broke her heart to be an illusion
And how strange has love been forever
She still wishes that he could come back to her
And now she wants him all the more
His name is carved in her heart’s core
She fetched the bits of his picture
No marvel, she is feeling bitter
She cried a lot of an enormous pain
then putting those bits together she cried again
