HE SEES IT, BUT HE WAITS

The orphan's cries, the wretched mother's groans
The lord hears it when a wounded animal moans
Men fight, under the sun and under the stars
Their faces marked with wounds and scars
Men in the fray of blood, wasted as they are
He only sees them from his kingdom so far
They ruin the greens and spoil the air
As they give of the earth, the pictures of despair
So many creatures draw the infected breath
He coldly glances over the gloom of death
So many hamlets and villages are sacked
And too many poor wretches are attacked
The cruel hunters leave the wild so dread
On all around are the dying and the dead
So many animals are rendered homeless
The son of Adam has made them helpless
Helpless cubs from the breasts are torn
Their frenzied mothers are left forlorn
None is spared by them, so cruel they appear
Like butchers they kill devoid of fear
They destroyed the forests that once thrived
And yet they call themselves civilized
He sees it when the helpless captive cries for freedom
He listens and waits for the right time in his kingdom
the rex of the universe forgives the crime
He tests us till we have past our prime
He brings smiles on the shrunken faces
He brings bloom on the barren places
The lord of peace blesses the simple mind
And bestows with love the humble and the kind
He is the one who forgives when we go wrong
But waits till HE has listened for long
The evil deeds of the man,the crisis of the fates
The father of the universe sees it but waits

A beautiful poem and nothing less

Written in such a way that you can't help, but believe...♥
