jasmine

withered...
cubbled street running down through time
and i walk along
few pale lights burning their soul out
thy perfume still wanders on the street
a flower is thy rhyme
so vague, so pure, so strong
oh, jasmine, cannot live without...
i'd kneel at your satin feet
jasmine...

white satin
wind blows softly
thy sweet perfume flies with it
it's gone, lights fade away
as a flower gently dies
thy trembling shadow haunts me
ah, it burns...the fire you lit...
though it's diing as an autmun sun ray
jasmine...a broken flower cries
withered...
