pirates tale
plundering the high seas,
water up to their knees,
all the while looking for treasure,
this, my friend was thier leisure,
parrots rest upon their shoulders,
with cannonballs as big as boulders,
flags 'pon poles with skull and crossbone,
singing sea songs that have no tone,
sails that blow against the wind,
cuts and bruises up to their shins
smuggling hoardes of jewellery and gold,
taking slaves that can be sold,
retelling brave stories of the past ages,
crews that mutiny because of their wages,
spinning whirlpool of neverending disaster,
at speeds that no-one has ever gone faster,
captain can be a mighty tyrant,
this is the life of a bloodthirsty pirate.
